A simple and very casual salad, but it’s the best thing for an improvised pic-nic. Choose your favorite fresh veggies or simply empty the fridge! Savor very cold!

3 cups of cooked macaronis
1/2 cup of green bell pepper in small dices
1/2 cup of red bell pepper in small dices
1 stalk of celery in small dices
- Dressing
1 cup of vegan mayonnaise
3 tbsp Ciboule! sauce powder mix
1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the dressing ingredients, let rest for 5 minutes and mix again before adding to the pasta.
- Mix the pasta dans the veggies.
- Add the dressing, mix and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
